Food to Support Detoxification
The best thing about modern British food is the variety we have thanks to multicultural influences. There are however some delicious classics dating far back in time. This is a class for anyone interested in finding out about traditional British cuisine.
What to expect in this hands on workshop
You will prepare a 3 course menu, then sit down together and enjoy what you have cooked. You will go away with a knowledge of British dishes, confidence to cook them, knowledge of their nutrition value, and full recipes for all the dishes you make.
A social fun class, which ends with sitting down together. Maximum 8 people.
